Senior Graphic Designer (Remote, Luxury & Real Estate)

We are a NY-based creative agency looking for a Senior Designer to elevate our visual output for Desophy CRE (Commercial Real Estate) and Difinery™️ (Luxury Jewelry). We need a hands-on designer with a high-end aesthetic who is looking for a long-term role, not a "gig."

The Setup:

• Engagement: Flexible. Open to Part-Time (20h+) or Full-Time (40h) depending on your availability.
• Location: Fully Remote
• Compensation: Competitive & Negotiable based on experience/hours.

Your Mission:

• High-End Layouts (InDesign): Design complex brochures, flyers, and property memorandums. You must understand typography, grids, and "white space" instinctively.
• Video & Social (Premiere/AE): Create engaging video content (Reels/TikToks) for our luxury jewelry brand. You must be able to edit raw footage into polished social assets.
• Brand Standards & Quality Control: Maintain strict visual consistency across all agency projects. You will review deliverables to ensure they are error-free, on-brand, and polished before they reach the CEO.

Required Tech Stack & Skills:

• Layout Authority: Expert in Adobe InDesign. You will be building Master Templates for brochures (50+ pages) and flyers.
• Photo Manipulation: Expert in Adobe Photoshop. High-end retouching for jewelry and architectural photography.
• Video & Motion: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro OR After Effects. We need someone who can edit video, not just static images.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience. You have a portfolio that proves you can handle multi-page layouts (Brochures/Magazines).
• Style: Minimalist / Luxury / Editorial. (If your style is cluttered or "loud," this isn't a fit).
• Industry: Experience in Real Estate, Architecture, or Fashion is highly preferred.
• Availability: Must be available daily. We do not work with "project-based" freelancers who disappear for days.
