Senior Graphic Designer / Creative Lead

We are a digital marketing agency working with international brands and buyers, primarily in the U.S. market. Our focus is on producing high-impact digital content, including AI-driven videos, engaging thumbnails, and visually polished presentations that support performance-focused marketing campaigns.

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer / Creative Lead to lead our creative execution, guide junior designers, and help shape visual standards across all client projects.

As a Senior Graphic Designer / Creative Lead, you’ll be responsible for both hands-on design work and creative leadership. You’ll lead the day-to-day creative output, review and guide the work of other designers, and ensure consistency across all visual assets.

This role is part-time and remote, with the opportunity to grow into a larger leadership role as the creative team scales.

• Lead the creative direction for AI-assisted videos, thumbnails, static visuals, and presentation decks
• Design high-quality visual assets for U.S. brands across digital platforms
• Review, guide, and provide feedback to junior graphic designers
• Establish and maintain visual standards, templates, and design guidelines
• Collaborate with marketing and account teams to align creative output with campaign objectives
• Apply AI tools to improve efficiency in design and video production workflows
• Stay current with design trends and emerging AI-based creative tools
• Ensure timely delivery and consistent quality across all creative projects
  

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with leadership or senior-level responsibilities
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design direction, thumbnails, videos, presentations, and digital assets
• Proficiency with AI-assisted design tools (Canva, Gemini, ElevenLabs, Flora, or similar platforms)
• Experience guiding or mentoring other designers
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects remotely
• Excellent communication and feedback skills

• Pay range: $10–$20 per hour, depending on experience
• Fully remote, part-time role with flexible hours
