Job Description


The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to be a strategic partner and strong operator within our marketing team.


This role is for someone who can own meaningful areas of execution, manage multiple initiatives at once, and stay steady when priorities shift (because that’s real marketing). You’ll play a central role in shaping how PERQ shows up through events, webinars, and product launches, while bringing structure, ideas, and forward momentum to our marketing efforts.


You’ll work closely with senior marketing leadership, have executive-level exposure, and be encouraged to contribute ideas, challenge assumptions, and help raise the bar for how we operate.


This role focuses on building repeatable, scalable marketing motions, not one-off execution across every channel.


What You’ll Be Responsible For


Event & Webinar Marketing

  • Own strategy and execution for industry events, customer events, and webinars
  • Support identification, coordination, and execution of speaking opportunities for PERQ leaders and customers as part of our broader event strategy
  • Evaluate which events are worth investing in — and why
  • Plan timelines, workflows, and run-of-show details
  • Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and partners
  • Track budgets, performance, and ROI
  • Continuously improve how PERQ shows up at events


Customer Marketing & Advocacy

  • Own customer marketing initiatives focused on retention, advocacy, and expansion
  • Develop case studies, testimonials, and customer stories in partnership with Account Management
  • Activate customers for webinars, events, and thought leadership opportunities
  • Bring the customer voice into messaging, positioning, and product marketing efforts


Product Marketing Support

  • Support product launches by bringing structure to messaging, timing, and cross-functional coordination
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership to translate product updates and capabilities into clear, customer-centric value stories
  • Identify gaps in product positioning, messaging, or assets and proactively work to close them
  • Create, refine, and maintain product demos that clearly communicate use cases, outcomes, and value for target audiences
  • Ensure product demos, launch assets, and messaging remain accurate and aligned as products evolve
  • Coordinate product marketing efforts across events, webinars, and campaigns to ensure consistency and clarity


Execution & Project Management

  • Manage multiple marketing initiatives concurrently with clarity and follow-through
  • Use project management tools to keep work visible, organized, and moving
  • Anticipate risks, communicate early, and adapt plans as priorities shift
  • Bring structure to fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous work


Data, Reporting & ROI

  • Track event and program performance
  • Monitor budgets and ROI to inform better decisions
  • Be comfortable working in and around CRM and marketing automation systems

  • Product launches and demos feel clear, aligned, and ready for use across marketing and sales
  • Events and webinars are planned proactively and executed smoothly
  • PERQ shows up more creatively and consistently at industry and customer moments
  • Marketing timelines are clear, visible, and reliably met
  • Event spend and ROI are tracked and inform future decisions
  • Marketing execution feels organized, intentional, and scalable


Who This Role Is For

You don’t need to know everything on day one. Curiosity, accountability, and follow-through matter more than a perfect resume.


Experience That’s Important

  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing roles with execution responsibility
  • 2–3+ years of experience owning or leading event marketing (industry, customer, or field events)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and/or marketing automation platforms
  • (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools are important)
  • Comfort working with data, reporting, and performance metrics
  • Experience with webinars and/or product launches

Location Eligibility 

  • At this time, we are only able to hire candidates located in the U.S states where PERQ is registered to do business. Currently, we are not hiring residents of California or New York. 
Salary Range: $65,000–$95,000 per year (DOE)
