Dewdroppers is a fully developed workflow management platform for remote teams, field workers, brand ambassadors, gig-based organizations, and contracted staff workers. We have a growing network, including email lists of 40k+ potential users, and an affiliate program ready to scale.
The founder and sales specialist have decades of experience in CPG field and event marketing, with field marketing teams as their primary target demographic. Candidates with experience in the CPG space will receive bonus consideration.
We are looking for a hands-on, resourceful SaaS CMO to lead our marketing and growth initiatives, maximizing every opportunity to acquire users and expand our reach. This is a position that requires someone with vision to create and lead the entire marketing process. Perfect for someone who thrives in early-stage startups and can do more with less.
As Dewdroppers CMO, you will take full responsibility for growth, marketing strategy, and execution. You will work closely with the Product Manager, who coordinates input from the Sales and Onboarding Specialist and Software Developer to ensure marketing efforts align with product milestones.
You will focus on digital marketing, email campaigns, affiliate program management, and creative growth strategies, finding any way to promote the platform efficiently, whether through free or low-cost opportunities, or within a designated digital marketing budget.
- Own Dewdroppers’ marketing strategy and execution
- Lead email marketing campaigns to our existing list and future audiences
- Tweak and grow our affiliate program -or- design another one
- Experiment with creative, low-cost, and growth-hack approaches to acquire users
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to ensure marketing initiatives align with product development milestones
- Track and report on key metrics (acquisition, conversion, engagement, CAC/LTV)
- Provide feedback from marketing campaigns to the team to improve product and onboarding
