Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Customer Support Engineer (L2) to join on behalf of one of their global AI-focused partners in the US, fully remote, for a 12-month contract.
This person will be supporting their customer support team that handles tickets for all of their products across all business groups. They will work in closely with product engineers to pinpoint, diagnose, and resolve bugs reported by users, enhancing overall platform stability and performance. They will need to develop an in depth understanding of the company’s proprietary platforms and technology that is everchanging based on customer needs.
Must Have Requirements Include:
- Proven experience in a customer support role with AI and/or data
- Technical proficiency with Python and/or Pyspark
- Good understanding of APIs and RESTful services
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment on constantly new technologies
