This role offers the opportunity to shape the data function of a fast-growing, innovative organization. You will work closely with leadership to analyze complex datasets across product, operations, finance, and customer behavior, providing actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, where data is central to optimizing processes and shaping business outcomes. You will build dashboards, create reports, and define KPIs, helping teams make data-informed decisions. This is a high-impact role with visibility across multiple departments and direct influence on organizational growth.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and perform internal data analysis across Product, Implementation, Sales, Finance, and other departments
  • Build dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Sigma, Looker, Power BI, and Snowflake
  • Analyze operational metrics, customer behavior, payments flow, and product usage to inform strategic decisions
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to implement metrics tracking for new features
  • Support executive leadership with ad hoc reports and data-backed insights
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and cleanliness across all internal tools and datasets
  • Develop processes and documentation to enable self-service data access as the organization scales


Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI/analytics tools
  • Experience with cloud-based data warehouses such as Snowflake
  • Ability to communicate technical insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
  • Bonus points for experience in healthcare, fintech, pharmacy technology, Python, R, or prior startup experience
