About the Role
At Orion Innovation, we are looking for a Technical Product Manager – AI Ops to define and lead the roadmap for our next-generation AI agent solutions. This role bridges product strategy, client needs, and engineering execution — ensuring our AI-driven systems are innovative, scalable, and aligned with business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product roadmap for AI agents, aligned with client needs and emerging market trends.
- Conduct market research on GenAI technologies and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Drive Agile product development through sprint planning, backlog management, and progress tracking.
- Partner with QA to ensure functionality, performance, and scalability.
- Define and monitor KPIs like adoption rate, performance, and ROI.
- Work with AI researchers to optimize AI model performance and ensure continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI principles and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Technical Program Management, ideally in AI or ML-driven environments.
- Experience defining product strategies and managing AI or data-driven platforms.
- Strong collaboration with engineering and data science teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, LLMs, and AI agent integrations.
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
