As part of our continued global expansion, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our brand strategy, marketing operations, and growth initiatives.


Position Overview


As the Marketing Director at Darkex, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that strengthens our global brand presence, drives user acquisition and retention, and supports revenue growth. You will oversee all marketing functions — including digital, brand, content, PR, and community — and lead a talented team in creating data-driven, impactful campaigns that align with Darkex’s strategic goals.


💡 Location Note: This is a full-time, on-site position. Relocation to Tirana, Albania is required.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Leadership & Execution

  • Define and implement a long-term marketing vision aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and global campaigns.
  • Build scalable marketing systems, ensuring data-driven decision-making and measurable ROI.
  • Oversee performance across all marketing channels (paid, organic, partnerships, and community).


Brand & Communications


  • Strengthen Darkex’s brand identity across global markets.
  • Develop integrated campaigns that drive awareness and engagement among retail and institutional audiences.
  • Manage PR initiatives, media relations, and reputation management.
  • Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all touchpoints.


Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, Business Development, and Engineering teams to align marketing efforts with product innovation and exchange listings.
  • Partner with KOLs, influencers, and key industry stakeholders to build visibility and trust.
