We’re on the lookout for a Business Analyst to join our government client on a permanent basis. In this collaborative environment, you will be immersed in significant projects that encompass data, systems, and digital transformation.
Why you’re special…
- You’re a Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience in that role and a natural ability to connect with people at all levels of an organisation.
- You communicate clearly, work collaboratively, and build strong relationships no matter the stakeholder.
- You must have delivered data-focused projects such as data warehouse implementations, migrations, integrations, or privacy/compliance initiatives.
- You’ve been involved in complex projects at scale, such as ERP or CRM system implementations, or integrations across platforms. Alternatively, you’ve delivered results on large web projects like new site builds or major overhauls.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with Salesforce.
- Experience with Salesforce, particularly in integration or data management.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools or business intelligence software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Analyst Certification are a plus.
- You must have relevant New Zealand work rights and be currently based in Auckland, New Zealand or considering a relocation.
- Flexibility for occasional local travel may be needed, depending on project requirements.
