About The Role

The Digital Marketing Analyst, Integrated Philanthropy Marketing (IPM), plays a pivotal role in enhancing engagement and fundraising efforts through comprehensive data analysis and strategic reporting. This fully remote position involves collaborating with internal teams to optimize digital marketing channels, including websites, email campaigns, paid digital advertising, and SMS/MMS messaging. The analyst is responsible for analyzing performance metrics, monitoring KPIs, and providing actionable insights to improve channel effectiveness. Additionally, the role includes managing paid advertising budgets, overseeing invoicing processes, and supporting special projects aligned with organizational goals. Reporting directly to the Director of Integrated Philanthropy Marketing, the successful candidate will contribute to the strategic growth of Dana-Farber’s philanthropy initiatives by leveraging data-driven strategies and innovative marketing techniques.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing analysis and reporting for websites, email, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs across various channels.
  • Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, or comparable tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to measure and report on the impact of integrated marketing strategies, focusing on ROI and channel optimization.
  • Analyze website performance, email marketing effectiveness, and digital advertising campaigns using analytical tools and platforms.
  • Develop and present comprehensive performance reports, including attribution modeling and website usability assessments (UX/UI).
  • Support the strategy and ongoing optimization of philanthropy websites through UX/UI analysis and recommendations.
  • Monitor email deliverability metrics using tools such as Google Postmaster, ensuring optimal campaign performance.
  • Assist in executing multichannel marketing plans, including email campaigns, paid digital advertising, and SMS/MMS messaging.
  • Manage tracking processes and coordinate invoicing for marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee special projects, integrating budget considerations and strategic objectives to enhance outcomes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall marketing and fundraising efforts.
