💼 Experience: 1–3 years in a similar IT support role
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver BAU Technology and Voice tasks with excellence.
- Lead IT relocation projects, audits, and preliminary works.
- Manage hardware inventory, requests, and receipts efficiently.
- Troubleshoot, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, peripherals, and IP phones.
- Support office moves, events, and work-from-home setups.
- Monitor ticket queues and ensure timely resolution of requests.
- Provide exceptional customer-focused service across teams.
- Participate in Continuous Service Improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, applications, and computer hardware.
- Experience with helpdesk call management systems.
- Understanding of Microsoft platforms, Networks, Security, WAN/LAN.
- Certifications like MCSA, A+, Network+, CCENT are a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- ITIL Service Support and Delivery knowledge is desirable.
- Experience in the financial industry is a bonus.
