Director of Affiliate Marketing Analytics

Fully Remote in the United States -- Must be in the United States

$175,000 - $205,000 base + bonus

About the Role:

This is a newly created leadership position designed for a hands-on, strategic analytics leader to own and scale the affiliate marketing analytics function. You’ll oversee performance measurement, partner optimization, and monetization strategies across a large and diverse portfolio of affiliate partners.

As a player-coach, you’ll lead a small team of analysts while collaborating with senior marketing and partnerships executives to drive measurable business impact. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, data-centric environments and enjoys translating insights into strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end analytics for the affiliate marketing channel, driving visibility into partner performance, conversion, and ROI.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and BI tools to support data-driven decisions.
  • Build and analyze funnel metrics and monetization models to optimize partner acquisition and performance.
  • Collaborate with affiliate and partnership leaders to refine payout structures, lead quality, and campaign strategy.
  • Construct incrementality models to understand the true impact of affiliate traffic.
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership, including marketing executives and the C-suite.
  • Manage and mentor a small analytics team while remaining deeply involved in hands-on analysis.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Data Engineering to ensure accurate data pipelines, forecasting, and spend optimization.


Role Requirements:

  • 8+ years in marketing analytics, with at least 3 years focused on affiliate or partnership analytics.
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience managing and developing analysts.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Sigma, Power BI, etc.).
  • Proven success delivering insights that directly drive business performance.
  • Experience managing high-volume affiliate networks (70+ partners).
  • Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth, and data-driven environments.
