Job Description

Soda have partnered with a company who specialise AI technology to provide customizable solutions for businesses! They are on the hunt for a talented Customer Support/ Customer Success Manager with a passion for innovation to join the team!


Role: Customer Support/ Customer Success Manager

Location: Berlin - Hybrid Working (can also support relocation!)

Salary: €75k- €85k (+comms/bonus)


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Customer Champion: Partner with our top US and European clients to understand their needs and ensure they get the most out of the platform
  • Platform Guru: Guiding customers through troubleshooting and launching their custom solutions.
  • Lead customer interviews, onboarding sessions, and ongoing support to maximize product value.
  • Run dynamic onboarding sessions and create efficient processes to boost team productivity.


What You Bring to the Table:

  • Experienced in Customer Success or Account Management - ideally with a SaaS product in a startup setting.
  • Exceptional at both written and spoken communication, essential for our remote team and frequent client interactions.
  • Passionate about building and maintaining strong relationships with global clients and influencing product strategy.
