What can you expect to do?
- HR Administrative ownership: policy, process, governance, record keeping, document management which includes version control and naming conventions in conjunction with US while reflecting country nuances
- High level of interaction with US HR team to ensure consistency in approach on various items related to performance management, culture and roles and responsibilities.
- Coordinate with recruiting to ensure candidates are following the ProcureAbility process
- Lead the new hire onboarding of team members and ensure their experience is successful
- Partner with HR leaders across regions to align local and global HR strategies.
- Support the design and execution of global people initiatives, including talent management, workforce planning, DEI, and succession planning.
- Provide region-specific insights on HR trends, labor laws, and talent market dynamics.
- Coordinate global hiring efforts in partnership with regional teams and external partners.
- Oversee onboarding, relocation/mobility support, and support visa processes where applicable.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand in the India region.
- Act as a point of contact for employees in India and other supported regions for HR-related queries, guidance, and issue resolution.
- Support global employee engagement programs tailored to regional cultural contexts.
- Lead initiatives to promote cross-cultural collaboration and team cohesion.
- Ensure compliance with and monitor performance review cycles across India teams.
- Identify skill gaps and drive learning and development programs in collaboration with regional L&D leads.
- Champion leadership development and career growth opportunities across borders.
- Ensure HR operations and employee policies comply with labor laws in India and support compliance efforts in other jurisdictions.
- Collaborate on global policy rollouts while adapting them to regional legal and cultural requirements.
- Manage audits, internal documentation, and HR data in alignment with global data protection and privacy standards (e.g., GDPR).
- Use HRIS platforms (Workday) for global reporting, analysis, and process automation.
- Generate HR dashboards and analytics to support business decisions.
