Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a Certinia Data Analyst to join our EMEA business to provide 1st Line non-technical support, build reports, analyse data, support data migration and assisting in upgrades/rollouts.
We are developing a new Global Platform using Salesforce & Certinia, and you can expect there to be plenty of opportunities for personal growth, in addition to the opportunity of developing your Certinia/Salesforce skillset, working with a very experienced team.
You will have a passion for customer assistance, an interest in technology and being part of a team developing and supporting the Global platform here at CXC Global
What you will do:
- Reporting
- Assess User requests for new reports against existing capabilities
- Creation and modification of reports, dashboards, and list views
- Analyse data discrepancies and implement dashboards etc to identify issues
- Data Management/Data Migration
- Assist in transfer of data into Certinia
- Perform data cleansing, formatting, mapping, and alignment to system requirements
- Assist in gathering data for migration from old systems into the new platform.
- 1st Line Support
- Support the regional Salesforce Administrator
- Setting up new users for your region
- Providing 1st line support of Salesforce to end users (basic queries)
Key Skills:
We would like you to have 2+ years exposure and experience with Certinia/Salesforce but will also consider applicants with Finance End User Experience. The ideal candidate should be outgoing and have confidence to liaise with users on a day-to-day basis.
The role of Certinia System Administrator will provide you with the opportunity to work with a team of experienced Certinia/Salesforce professionals on a new Global project.
The Person:
- Certinia or Salesforce Experience highly desirable
- Finance experience preferred
- Excellent Excel skills
- Experience supporting local and distributed teams effectively to ensure the most efficient delivery
- Proven relationship-building and influencing skills
- Facilitation and problem-solving skills
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
- Ability to effectively transfer knowledge and flex the approach according to the situation
- Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with varying team members
- Working independently with teams in region and across the globe
- Comfortable working in a fully remote role
If you have a good working knowledge of Certinia and/or Salesforce, and a passion for customer success, technology and supporting an international team, you will go far in this role. Perhaps you have a finance background and are looking to move into a systems/BA/Reporting role, or are already on your journey in a systems administrator type role and are keen to expand your knowledge in a Finance System.
We will help you achieve the relevant Certification if you haven't already done so. However, it's not just about utilising the software; you'll have to be able to successfully work independently with other people, internally and externally, across the world.
