Position Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at HIREXE, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts, sourcing and engaging top candidates, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about recruitment and eager to contribute to a growing recruitment firm. Experience recruiting accountants, IT support technicians, and software engineers is a bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and making offers.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage top talent.
- Assist in the management of applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to refine recruitment strategies and improve sourcing techniques.
- Use HubSpot CRM to track client relationships and maintain accurate data.
- Leverage Slack or similar communication platforms to collaborate effectively with the team in real time.
- Stay organized and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience recruiting for roles in accounting, IT support, and software engineering.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to build rapport and engage candidates effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and using LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and Slack or similar platforms for team communication is a bonus.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
- Ability to work in the EST time zone.
