  • 3+ years of experience in staffing, HR coordination, or employee management, preferably with remote teams

  • Experience using HR software, staffing tools, and project management systems (e.g., Workday, Trello, Asana, Slack)
  • Excellent communication skills – you know how to motivate and support a remote team
  • Proven ability to work independently and remotely while staying productive and focused

  • Fluent in English (German or French is a plus)
