As a Remote Staffing & Employee Coordinator, youβll be the linchpin of a remote workforce, ensuring that teams are staffed with the right talent and that employee needs are met. Youβll be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing coordination to ensure remote teams remain productive, happy, and well-supported.

ποΈ What Youβll Be Doing- π§βπΌ Oversee the remote staffing process, from recruitment to employee onboarding
- π Coordinate schedules, meetings, and events for remote teams to ensure smooth operations
- π₯ Work with department heads and managers to identify staffing needs and assign the right people to the right tasks
- π Ensure that new hires have the necessary tools, resources, and training to succeed in their roles
- π¬ Serve as the go-to point of contact for remote employees, addressing their concerns and providing ongoing support
- π Help foster a positive, inclusive, and engaged remote work culture through regular check-ins and communication initiatives
- π Track and report on staffing metrics, such as employee satisfaction, turnover, and performance, providing recommendations for improvement
- π Maintain employee records, handle contracts, and ensure compliance with legal requirements for remote employment
- 3+ years of experience in staffing, HR coordination, or employee management, preferably with remote teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Experience using HR software, staffing tools, and project management systems (e.g., Workday, Trello, Asana, Slack)
- Excellent communication skills β you know how to motivate and support a remote team
- Proven ability to work independently and remotely while staying productive and focused
- Strong interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English (German or French is a plus)
- Based in Switzerland (remote-friendly)
