Our client is actively seeking a Product Manager to support their Digital, Loyalty & eCommerce group.
This opportunity is 100% remote and will be supporting Eastern Standard Time (EST)
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Supporting personalization and analytics efforts within organizations Digital, Loyalty & Personalization org (online ordering). Will serve as a key strategic partner across Digital, Loyalty, Technology, and Data teams, helping to scale data-informed guest experiences across all channels.
ROLE SUMMARY
We’re looking for a highly professional, data-driven digital product leader to drive strategy and execution across a portfolio of analytics and personalization platforms. This includes tools like GA4, Mixpanel, Branch.io, Alchemer, and AEM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy, development, and optimization of analytics/personalization products
- Serve as primary owner for analytics platforms (GA4, Mixpanel, Branch.io, etc.)
- Support omnichannel guest experience across app, web, kiosk, SMS, email, etc.
- Define/manage KPIs and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Technology, Data Science, Loyalty, and Ops
IDEAL PROFILE
- 5+ years of experience
- Strong hands-on experience with analytics tools and data strategy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Background in retail, convenience, or guest-centric digital environments
- Self-directed, highly professional, collaborative
