Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Previous Experience: Minimum of 3 years in similar roles within Human Resources, preferably in the fintech or technology sector.
- Communication Skills: Ability to express oneself clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), social media, and job platforms.
- English Proficiency: B2–C1 level, with the ability to communicate effectively in technical environments.
- Manage the entire talent acquisition process: From identifying staffing needs to onboarding new members
- Design and implement recruitment strategies: Utilize various technological tools and platforms to attract suitable candidates.
- Collaborate with team leaders and hiring managers: Define job profiles and establish selection criteria.
