Job Description
As a SEO Manager, you’ll design and lead the SEO strategy and execution for a portfolio of high-impact clients (Tier A, B & C). You’ll translate insights into action, mentor a growing team, and ensure our projects deliver measurable results and business impact.
Your mission goes beyond execution: you’ll help define each project’s success path — from setting smart objectives to identifying key levers for optimization. You’ll champion a test & learn mindset, constantly experimenting, iterating, and sharing wins across the team.
🎯What we expect from you
- Lead the full SEO lifecycle: from audits and roadmaps to implementation, reporting, and evolution.
- Design and implement custom SEO strategies focused on business goals, prioritizing high-impact initiatives based on scalability and profitability.
- Manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously with a sharp eye on quality and deadlines.
- Anticipate industry trends and align SEO strategy with broader marketing plans and business objectives.
- Build strong, consultative client relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities through cross-selling and upselling.
- Ensure the profitability and long-term success of the accounts and business unit you oversee.
- Supervise and coach Team Leaders and Seniors — providing continuous feedback and fostering growth.
🧠What you bring
- 6+ years of SEO experience handling complex client accounts and proven track record leading SEO projects, teams, and clients.
- Solid foundations in technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization with the ability to prioritize and implement impactful technical recommendations independently. Focus on high-value changes at the template level, rather than routine tasks. Coding knowledge is not required.
- Experience managing simultaneous projects with a focus on efficiency, quality, and meeting objectives, as well as creating lead estimations for new projects.
- Keep us ahead of the curve by staying up-to-date with SEO trends, Google algorithm changes, and AI Search developments.
- Expertise with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC, Looker Studio, and CMS like WordPress, Shopify, or Magento. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Advanced English & Spanish skills — spoken and written — are a must, since you’ll be working with clients across the globe.
💬 Soft Skills we value
- Strong analytical mindset to understand the client business needs and make decisions backed with data.
- Strategic thinking capabilities to develop a comprehensive SEO strategy with clear objectives, market understanding and a roadmap for success.
- Project management skills to keep things on track and your team aligned to achieve deadlines and deliver with quality.
- Business acumen and deep understanding of market dynamics that are essential for developing a successful SEO strategy.
- Strong communication skills for conveying ideas, collaborating with team members, and engaging with customers. Ability to condense and present information clearly and articulate your thoughts confidently and coherently.
