Remote Staffing & Employee Coordinator (Part-Time or Full-Time – Work From Home)

We are looking for a well-organised and proactive Remote Staffing & Employee Coordinator to help manage our distributed team across Australia. This is a remote-first role, available as part-time or full-time, ideal for someone with a passion for people, process, and efficient team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, onboarding, and scheduling remote staff
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation
  • Coordinate shift planning, leave tracking, and availability updates
  • Support performance tracking and internal communications
  • Act as a liaison between employees and HR/management
  • Help improve workflows and remote staff engagement processes

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR coordination, remote workforce support, or team administration
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Tech-savvy with experience using HRIS, Google Workspace, or scheduling tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with Australian employment standards and remote team dynamics
  • Experience in recruitment support or contractor coordination
  • Exposure to tools like Slack, Zoom, Trello, or Monday.com
