KEY DUTIES:
- Prepare, interpret, and deliver customized reports to clients, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and clarity in all communications
- Perform in-depth analysis of operational & financial metrics, offering clear summaries and identifying opportunities to drive business efficiency and profitability
- Design, implement, and maintain dynamic dashboards that provide real-time insights to both clients and internal teams
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, engineering, and sales to deliver data-driven insights
- Proficiency in SQL (Big Query)for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Experience with dashboarding applications like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Familiarity with Python is highly preferred, though not required
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach
- Capacity to connect analytical work to broader business objectives
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
