Your Mission
As a 1st Level IT Support Specialist, youβll be on the front lines, helping medical professionals resolve technical issues swiftly and effectively. Youβll be the friendly voice that ensures doctors and clinic staff can rely on their systemsβand youβll help shape the future of healthcare tech along the way.
Your Key Responsibilities
π₯οΈ Primary Support Contact β First point of contact for clinics experiencing issues
π« Ticket Management β Handle support tickets via phone and software (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom)
π§ Troubleshooting β Resolve hardware/software/network issues
π Documentation β Maintain internal support articles and solution guidelines
π On-site Visits β Travel to clinics when remote fixes arenβt enough (25%)
π οΈ Hardware Setup β Assist with onsite IT installations when needed
Your Profile
β Must-Haves:
- 2β4 years of experience in IT support (with client-facing responsibility)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with tools like Zendesk or Intercom
- Confident working with OS, software apps, and basic networking
- Native-level German (C2) β clear and professional communication is essential
- Valid Class B driverβs license
