๐Ÿ“ Location: Essen, Germany | ๐Ÿ  Hybrid Option (2 days remote after onboarding)

๐Ÿ’ถ Salary: โ‚ฌ36,000 โ€“ โ‚ฌ43,000 gross/year (based on experience)

๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Language: German (C2/native) required

๐Ÿ• Workload: Full-time (42 hours/week) | 30 vacation days

๐Ÿšš Relocation Support: Temporary housing during probation + relocation assistance afterward

๐Ÿš— Travel: 25% (local client visits)

Your Mission

As a 1st Level IT Support Specialist, youโ€™ll be on the front lines, helping medical professionals resolve technical issues swiftly and effectively. Youโ€™ll be the friendly voice that ensures doctors and clinic staff can rely on their systemsโ€”and youโ€™ll help shape the future of healthcare tech along the way.

Your Key Responsibilities

๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ Primary Support Contact โ€“ First point of contact for clinics experiencing issues

๐ŸŽซ Ticket Management โ€“ Handle support tickets via phone and software (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom)

๐Ÿ”ง Troubleshooting โ€“ Resolve hardware/software/network issues

๐Ÿ“‘ Documentation โ€“ Maintain internal support articles and solution guidelines

๐Ÿš— On-site Visits โ€“ Travel to clinics when remote fixes arenโ€™t enough (25%)

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Hardware Setup โ€“ Assist with onsite IT installations when needed


Your Profile

โœ… Must-Haves:

  • 2โ€“4 years of experience in IT support (with client-facing responsibility)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Zendesk or Intercom
  • Confident working with OS, software apps, and basic networking
  • Native-level German (C2) โ€“ clear and professional communication is essential
  • Valid Class B driverโ€™s license

  • Formal IT qualification or apprenticeship
  • Knowledge in IT/network security (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, OSCP)
