The Role:
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager — someone who’s equal parts creative thinker, digital native, and tactical executor. This is a hands-on role. You’ll create content calendars, write captions, guide designers, brief creators, and make sure every post has a purpose.
What You’ll Do:
📱 Social Strategy & Content Planning
- Build content calendars that balance brand, performance, and culture
- Lead brainstorms and develop content pillars, hooks, and post concepts
- Research trends, competitors, and audience behavior to shape the strategy
✍️ Execution & Creative Development
- Write sharp, on-brand copy for posts, reels, and carousels
- Collaborate with our in-house creatives and freelance talents
- Brief and guide creators, designers, and video editors on what to make and why
🤝 Client Partnership & Collaboration
- Present work to clients, lead feedback loops, and nurture trust
- Align with stakeholders on tone, priorities, and growth goals
- Be the go-to person for all things social — from small updates to big ideas
📈 Growth & Performance Monitoring
- Track performance and share actionable insights regularly
- Suggest content iterations and experiments to push things forward
- Stay ahead of algorithm changes, platform updates, and new formats
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of experience managing brand social media in a tech company / agency
- Strong writing skills and visual eye for what works online
- Deeep knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
- Experience working with creatives, editors, or influencers
- Comfortable with content planning tools
- Native-level English
- Highly organized and self-sufficient — you know how to own your work
