We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our local office. This role is key to maintaining a well-organized, efficient, and engaging workplace—while bridging communication and resources between Taiwan and our headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with office site selection, renovation, and relocation projects to ensure timely setup.
- Manage office maintenance, supplies, and equipment to ensure a stable and comfortable workplace.
- Handle asset tracking, documentation, and attendance systems to support smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and finance on matters such as invoices, reimbursements, gifts, and petty cash.
- Organize internal activities to foster company culture and enhance team collaboration.
- Assist in developing and improving administrative processes to increase operational efficiency
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Familiarity with office operations and asset management.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Educational background in administration or business management is a plus.
