Position OverviewAs the Director – Performance Marketing (Fulfilment Division), you will be responsible for leading high-impact marketing campaigns aimed at supporting our operational and fulfilment goals. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, you will oversee end-to-end strategy and execution of performance marketing initiatives that drive recruitment of warehouse staff, logistics partners, supply chain collaborators, and overall ecosystem growth.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy Development: Design and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies to attract warehouse personnel, logistics partners, and suppliers.
- Channel Management: Oversee campaigns across search, display, social media, programmatic, job boards, and other relevant channels.
- Full Funnel Optimization: Manage campaigns from awareness to conversion, ensuring a seamless journey for prospective fulfilment partners and employees.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with HR, operations, fulfilment, and external vendors to align marketing strategies with hiring and supply chain goals.
- Analytics & Reporting: Own metrics like CPL (Cost Per Lead), application-to-hire rates, campaign ROI, and partner acquisition effectiveness.
- Creative Direction: Guide development of high-performing ad creatives and messaging tailored to target audiences within the fulfilment and logistics ecosystem.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a team of marketing specialists, analysts, and creative partners.
- Experience: 10+ years in performance marketing, employer branding campaigns, recruitment marketing, or logistics/fulfilment-focused marketing roles.
- Expertise: Proven track record in running high-budget performance marketing campaigns (minimum $10M annually).
- Leadership: Strong experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing agency/vendor relationships.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in data tools such as GA4, Looker, Tableau, or equivalent platforms for campaign analysis.
- Channel Knowledge: Expertise in paid search, display advertising, social platforms, programmatic ads, and recruitment channels.
- Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across operational and executive teams.
- Language: Fluent in English; Korean language skills are a plus.
- Annual Salary: $220,000 – $250,000 USD
