The impact you’ll make:
Product Development Support
- Identify and implement enhancements to existing file and data management
- Maintain and organize product documentation in Notion and Shortcut
- Perform accurate data entry while ensuring data integrity and consistency
- Collect, organize, and summarize feedback from alpha testers
- Schedule calls with external clients and assistants for user interviews
- Provide overall administrative support while maintaining confidentiality
- Deliver timely communications via Discord, email, and/or Slack
- Organize and schedule meetings for the product team
- Oversee team calendars to ensure efficient scheduling
- Support Product Managers by monitoring project progress
- Coordinate with engineers and internal stakeholders
- Identify potential roadblocks and ensure deadlines are met
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration
- Maintain foundational knowledge of AI technologies and tools
- Assist in gathering and analyzing competitor information and market trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of project management principles
- Proficiency with communication and collaboration tools
- Skill with productivity software (e.g., Google Suite)
- Basic understanding of AI concepts and tools
- Dashboard creation skills a plus (Looker, Power BI, Google Sheets)
