What are we looking for?
- 5+ years in B2C product management.
- Strong English (C1+), communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in product discovery, analytics, and experimentation.
- Growth mindset with a passion for innovation and user experience.
- Ability to influence, prioritize, and execute effectively.
What will you do?
- Lead the product discovery process, turning defined outcomes into actionable roadmaps.
- Deeply understand customer needs and business strategy to identify impactful opportunities.
- Validate and prioritize opportunities efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver iterative, high-impact solutions.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to derive insights into customer needs and market dynamics.
- Manage all phases of the product lifecycle, from market research to delivery.
- Communicate the product vision and align stakeholders with market demands.
- Work closely with the B2B Product Manager to foster a collaborative ecosystem between products.
- Partner with business development and marketing teams to enhance product initiatives.

- Strategy & Discovery – Translate goals into product strategy, prioritize, and validate ideas.
- Data & AI – Hands-on with Mixpanel, behavioral data, and AI-driven personalization.
- Gamification & Behavior – Apply engagement techniques (Nir Eyal, B.J. Fogg) to drive retention.
- Gen Z Expertise – Deep understanding of digital behaviors and preferences.
- Execution & Ownership – Independent, outcome-driven, and cross-functional leadership.
