- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including infrastructure configuration and monitoring.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and infrastructure support.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage responsibilities independently and coordinate across time zones.
- Strong communication skills and experience working in remote or distributed teams.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices or tools (e.g., CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience supporting applications written in Golang, PHP, C, Angular, or other backend/front-end stacks.
- Experience working with monitoring and logging platforms to proactively identify and resolve issues.
What We Offer
- A fully remote position within a close-knit, growing UK-based team.
- A critical support role with impact across multiple client platforms and services.
- Participation in a compensated on-call rotation schedule.
- A collaborative, autonomous working culture that values flexibility and initiative.
