They are seeking a Senior Technology Manager to drive innovation and oversee the development of cutting-edge automotive technologies. Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, development, and execution of automotive technology projects, including connected car systems, autonomous driving, and electric vehicle (EV) technologies.
- Oversee software and hardware integration, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure solutions.
- Manage a cross-functional team of engineers, developers, and technical specialists, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Partner with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals and market demands.
- Drive digital transformation by implementing advanced technologies such as AI, IoT, and cloud computing.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 26262, ASPICE) and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate and manage vendor relationships and third-party technology partnerships.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring on-time and within-budget execution.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with 5+ years in the automotive industry (OEM, Tier 1, or tech-focused automotive firms preferred).
- Expertise in automotive software development (embedded systems, AUTOSAR, C++, Python) and hardware integration.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale automotive technology projects (e.g., infotainment, ADAS, V2X).
- Strong knowledge of connected car ecosystems, EV technologies, and autonomous driving systems.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (MBA or advanced certifications a plus).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $150,000 (negotiable based on experience).
- Annual Bonus: 15–20% of base salary (performance-based).
