Title: Inside Sales Lead

Compensation: $60,000/y USD + commission

Our client is a fully remote, Series-A stage technology company backed by top Silicon Valley venture capital firms. Their mission is to bring the experience of having a personal fitness trainer to everyone by combining elite human coaches with cutting-edge AI and computer vision technology.
Role Overview
As the Inside Sales Lead, you will lead a sales team and be a closer yourself. You will also play a key role in optimizing sales processes, implementing improvements in the tech stack, and directly influencing company strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Sell the platform
- You will start by running the sales process yourself, learn by doing
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Recruit, onboard, and lead a high-performing inside sales team.
- Set clear sales targets and track key performance metrics to drive team success.
- Develop and implement new sales strategies to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition.
Process & System Optimization
- Identify inefficiencies in the current sales process and implement data-driven improvements.
- Leverage technology (including CRMs and automation tools) to streamline workflows.
- Utilize data analytics to enhance decision-making and optimize team performance.
Collaboration & Growth
- Work closely with account management, product, and marketing teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Foster a results-driven, high-energy sales culture that motivates and retains top talent.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience leading a sales team, with a track record of exceeding quotas, ideally in consumer-facing SaaS or a high-growth startup.
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and manage sales representatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing a remote, globally distributed sales team is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience leveraging data for sales strategies (SQL knowledge is a plus).
- Proficiency with CRMs, sales metrics, and automation tools.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
