Key Responsibilities:

✅ Performance Management & Coaching – Guide colleagues and clients through feedback, performance reviews, and career development strategies.
✅ Diversity, Equity & Inclusion – Implement attraction initiatives that foster an inclusive environment and support a diverse talent pipeline.
✅ Learning & Development – Identify training opportunities, implement and participate in high quality online learning programs, and support continuous professional growth.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ HR Expertise – 5+ years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, organisational development, or a related field.
✔️ Education – A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred but not required.
✔️ Communication & Interpersonal Skills – Ability to build strong relationships and foster a culture of collaboration.
✔️ Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using CRM software, recruitment and applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media and digital collaboration and marketing tools.
✔️ Leadership & Initiative – A proactive mindset with a passion for developing and supporting clients at all levels.
