Job Description
🚀 At ALDIA we are currently looking for a Testing Lead to expand our team.
📍 Europe. 100% remote with availability to travel occasionally.
💼 Main responsibilities:
- Define and implement a comprehensive testing strategy covering all components of the CRM, EMR, mobile app, and data platform.
- Oversee and coordinate end-to-end testing efforts, ensuring cross-platform compatibility and smooth data integration.
- Define and monitor key testing metrics (e.g., defect rates, test coverage, cycle time).
- Act as the primary point of contact for testing efforts across digital transformation initiatives.
🎓Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in software testing or QA in a healthcare, SaaS, or enterprise IT environment.
- Strong knowledge of test methodologies, tools, and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestRail, JIRA, Postman, SoapUI).
- Hands-on experience with testing enterprise systems, integrations, and data migration.
- Experience with EMR, CRM, or healthcare digital systems is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Fluency in English. Additional European languages (Spanish, French...) are a plus.
