The startup company from Kyushu University is providing the world's first ESG evaluation service.

They provide 360-degree comprehensive ESG analysis, including human rights-related indicators such as forced labor and child labor.

It has become an ESG evaluation platform that traces the entire supply chain, and is used by a variety of leading companies in the energy, construction, and apparel industries.

The company completed its large-scale fundraising in May 2023 and is aiming for an IPO within the next few years.

Job Description

As a person directly under the CEO, you will lead marketing strategies with a management perspective.

As a CMO, you will be responsible for planning and promoting marketing strategies, improving brand value, acquiring leads, and expanding the market at our company, which provides in-house developed ESG analysis services mainly for enterprise companies.

[Work Examples]

■ Formulating mid- to long-term marketing strategies, creating and compiling annual marketing plans

■ Managing budgets and actual results such as KPIs and management accounting, and analyzing and optimizing marketing ROI

■ Planning and promoting marketing measures to solve management and company-wide issues

■ Planning and executing brand and market strategies in collaboration with the CEO

Requirements

- Experience as a CMO or equivalent marketing manager at a web/IT service company or a company with similar services, and experience in designing, verifying, and improving new marketing initiatives

- Experience in planning and formulating marketing strategies for your own products and services from scratch, and successfully penetrating and expanding the market

- ​Practical experience from formulating to executing digital marketing strategies (e.g. customer acquisition, strengthening engagement, branding, etc.)-

Practical experience in formulating marketing strategies for web services and apps, designing campaigns, verifying effectiveness, and optimizing-

Required Japanese language skills: Business level or above
