What You’ll Do:
- Own the Development Process: Lead the technical vision, architecture, and implementation of our dark fantasy multiplayer game.
- Full Autonomy: Decide on the technology stack (currently using C# and C++ but open to your expertise and preferences).
- Innovate with AI: Leverage AI and machine learning to enhance gameplay, NPC behavior, and procedural content generation.
- Collaborate Closely: Work with a passionate team of designers, artists, and other developers to bring the game world to life.
- Optimize for Scale: Design and implement scalable, high-performance multiplayer systems.
- Drive Best Practices: Establish coding standards, ensure code quality, and mentor junior developers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Gaming Expertise: Proven experience leading the development of at least one shipped game, preferably in the multiplayer or first-person space.
- Technical Mastery: Strong programming skills in C# and C++, with the flexibility to adopt new languages and frameworks as needed.
