Job Description
We’re looking to grow our Marketing Team with a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Graphic Designer with experience in advertising agencies and/or in-house marketing teams.
This role is ideal for a visual storyteller who can bring ideas to life across a variety of formats while ensuring brand consistency, visual impact, and creative innovation. You’ll be responsible for producing visual assets for social media, websites, presentations, advertising campaigns, events, swag, and more—playing a key role in shaping and evolving Insigneo’s visual identity across all channels.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/MAIN FUNCTIONS
- Apply brand identity consistently across all designs, aligning with our positioning and tone.
- Design visual assets for digital and print: social media, emails, presentations, sales materials (brochures, one-pagers), website graphics, billboards, and merchandise.
- Support event branding and production (e.g., booth graphics, signage, giveaways).
- Collaborate with internal Marketing team and external stakeholders on campaign and event-related creative projects.
- Create and maintain templates and design guidelines to ensure brand consistency.
- Assist with website updates and UX/UI graphic enhancements as needed.
- Propose fresh visual directions and new content formats to keep the brand evolving.
- Edit photos and videos.
- Maintain well-organized working files and deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines.
- Prototype and present design ideas to cross-functional teams, incorporating feedback to refine concepts.
- Stay up todate on design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance the team’s creative output.
- Bonus: Create simple motion graphics for videos or social.
JOB COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES)
- 3–5 years of experience as a Graphic or Brand Designer in an agency or in-house marketing team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing visually compelling and strategic design work.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Solid understanding of design principles: typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
- Basic to intermediate English proficiency.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and collaborative mindset – you’re not just executing, you’re suggesting and pushing ideas forward.
- Comfortable receiving and incorporating feedback.
