DeFi Portfolio & Operations Analyst

Your mission

As a DeFi Portfolio & Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management and

execution of treasury strategies across decentralised finance (DeFi) protocols. Your primary focus will be on

executing transactions, monitoring portfolio performance, managing governance-related operations, and

ensuring operational efficiency.

We are specifically seeking a candidate with prior experience in portfolio management, investment analysis,

or asset management, ideally from a traditional finance background, who is eager to apply these skills in the

rapidly evolving DeFi space.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Execution & Monitoring:
• Execute treasury transactions across various DeFi protocols (swaps, liquidity provisioning, staking) in line
• with predefined strategies.
• -Monitor portfolio performance, track TVL, APYs, and liquidity trends, and report any anomalies or
• optimization opportunities.
• Manage and coordinate safe/multisig setups, transaction signing, and Zodiac Roles Modifier permissions.
• Governance & Communication Support:
• Draft governance updates, forum posts, and risk reports relevant to DAO treasury activities.

• Track and summarize DAO governance proposals (Balancer, CoW, Uniswap) with clear implications for
• treasury strategy.
• Assist in the preparation of UTWG reports and internal communications.
• Portfolio Analysis & Risk Monitoring:
• Apply portfolio management principles to support diversification, rebalancing, and risk management.
• Maintain internal risk frameworks, conduct runway calculations, and contribute to the development of emergency plans.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and governance requirements.
• Research & Strategy Support:
• Conduct market research on DeFi protocols, new yield opportunities, and liquidity strategies (training on
• DeFi specifics will be provided if needed).
• Support backtesting, simulations, and scenario analyses using financial models and tools.
• Operational Efficiency & Reporting:
• Maintain internal dashboards (Dune Analytics, Notion trackers) to monitor treasury performance, transaction history, and key metrics.
• Keep all strategy documentation, execution logs, and governance-related materials consistently updated

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in portfolio management, investment analysis, or asset management (traditional
• finance background preferred).
