What Youll Do
- Provide technical assistance to customers using a range of software and cloud technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, and Microsoft Windows.
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Identify and escalate technical challenges when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with a team of experts to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
- Fluency in European Portuguese (native level) and advanced English. Spanish is a plus!
- 1+ year of IT support experience, preferably with Microsoft cloud solutions.
- Strong knowledge or training in IT technologies, cloud computing, and Microsoft products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical and critical thinking approach.
- Ability to handle diverse customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full-time (39h/week) contract, Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 09:00 - 21:00.
- Competitive salary of 19,447.14 per year.
