About Us
On behalf of our client, a fast-growing and innovative CFD Broker, we are excited to advertise an incredible opportunity for a CRM/Back Office Administrator to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team. The CRM/Back Office Administrator will manage and optimise the CRM system and support back office operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years experience within the FX industry.
- Experience with managing CRM and/or back-office systems (e.g. FXBO) is a must.
- Knowledge of different CRM components (i.e. Support, Client Area, IB/Affiliates, Payments, etc.).
- Familiarity with trading platforms such as MT4/MT5.
- Proficiency in Excel and data reporting tools, SQL will be an advantage.
- Experience with API integrations, ticketing systems, and automation tools to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Process-driven and strong attention to detail.
- Fluency in English - an extra language would be considered an advantage.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and maintain the CRM and back-office system, ensuring smooth operations and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Create, update, and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within CRM and other relevant platforms.
- Generate reports on client activity, trading volumes, and financial transactions for management review.
- Assist customer support and IB/Affiliate teams with CRM-related issues and inquiries.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Communicate with other internal departments and the Company’s partners.
