Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring it reflects customer needs and company strategy.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear communication, alignment on priorities and expectations
- Translate high-level product concepts and business objectives into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Participate in scrum ceremonies to ensure tasks are ready for development and the backlog is adjusted
- Collaborate with the development team by addressing any impediments during implementation.
- Gather and analyze insights and user feedback to keep the product competitive and value-driven
- Track post-launch performance to adherence high-quality delivery of new features.
Requirements
- 2.5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in product management within an Agile environment.
- Experience in managing product roadmaps and backlogs.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Good communication skills to translate business needs into clear requirements.
- Experience in data analysis and using customer feedback for product improvements.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Familiarity with product management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
- English proficiency at C1 or higher.
