What We're Looking For:
Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluent in English with the ability to articulate clearly and effectively.
Candidates have to be from Balkans regions.
Customer-Oriented Mindset: Ability to navigate challenging customer situations with professionalism, while knowing how to push back when needed.
Charisma & Charm: You’ll connect with customers and clients in a way that leaves a lasting impression!
Sales Savvy: Strong sales acumen, with a proven track record of delivering results.
Experience: Previous experience as an SDR or in sales, preferably within a SaaS B2B environment, gives you a great edge.
Customer Success Background: At least 2 years of experience in customer success, ideally from an agency setting.
Bonus Points: Familiarity with HubSpot and its tools would be a huge plus!
Responsibilities
