Job Description
Responsibilities:
Email Campaigns & Direct Emails
- Manage and execute email campaigns using ListingLeads.com.
- Send and manage direct emails (Templates provided).
Social Media Management
- Oversee and manage all social media platforms:
- Google My Business, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook Business, MyHome.com.
- Maintain and update the landing page website:
- Execute campaigns.
- Add blogs & links (Linktree).
- Develop and maintain a content calendar for scheduling posts.
Content Creation & Video Editing
- Perform basic video editing using InShot.
- Repurpose video content for multiple platforms:
- Convert long-form content into YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Stories.
- Add captions and descriptions to posts.
Social Media Moderation & Engagement
- Respond to comments and messages (Utilizing Facebook Messenger).
- Like, comment, and engage with the sphere of influence to increase brand awareness.
- Develop and implement an effective social media strategy.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Social media management experience (corporate or VA) (IMPORTANT).
- Proficiency in Canva (IMPORTANT).
- Experience with TubeBuddy or any YouTube SEO tool (a plus).
- Familiarity with ListingLeads.com, AI tools, Opus Pro (a huge plus).
- Strong knowledge and experience in using InShot.
