Our client are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Clerk with strong experience in office administration, logistics, and handling travel arrangements for expatriates. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing support to the administrative team, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring efficient office logistics.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to office staff and management.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle office supplies and inventory management.
- Manage the office calendar and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate logistical arrangements for events, meetings, and company functions.
- Manage office equipment and ensure everything is in working order.
- Liaise with vendors for office supplies and services as needed.
- Handle shipping, receiving, and distribution of materials as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for expatriates, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure all logistics are well-organized.
- Ensure that expatriates’ visa, immigration, and work permits are processed and up to date.
- Assist with expatriate relocation services, including housing and settling-in arrangements.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in office administration, logistics, and handling travel arrangements for expatriates.
- Previous experience working with international clients or expatriates is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office management software.
- Knowledge of visa and immigration procedures for expatriates.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
