About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for entry level, junior and mid-level roles across product, tech, marketing, operations and supporting functions. As we are expanding rapidly, this individual will be instrumental in building a pipeline for roles from junior to senior and some management roles as needed. You will play a key role in attracting top-tier talent for our in-house team and have a hands-on approach to sourcing within niche communities, ideally within the MENA region.
Key Responsibilities
Our in-house team operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.

As we are expanding rapidly, this individual will be instrumental in building a pipeline for roles from junior to senior and some management roles as needed. You will play a key role in attracting top-tier talent for our in-house team and have a hands-on approach to sourcing within niche communities, ideally within the MENA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for entry level, junior and mid-level roles across product, tech, marketing, operations and supporting functions e.g. CRM Coordinators/Managers, Marketing Managers, Customer Service Team Leads, Accountant, QA Engineers, Product Owners etc.
- Leverage creative sourcing methods to engage passive candidates and build relationships with top-tier talent within the iGaming industry.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand talent needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
- Optimise the recruitment process by utilising modern ATS platforms (preferably Ashby) and continually improving performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in hiring and recruitment, using this knowledge to shape and adapt recruitment strategies to ensure a competitive edge.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring confidentiality, professionalism, and a positive journey.
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, focusing ideally within the iGaming industry.
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously, with a strong focus on quality hires for all level positions.
- Expertise in direct sourcing and market mapping.
- Experience in building long-term relationships with candidates, hiring managers and senior leaders.
- Experience using ATS platforms.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all stages of the recruitment process.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian is a significant plus.
