Business Manager for Workflow Enablement Tribe
Workflow Enablement is a newly established tribe that will manage essential process that provide the Danske Bank group with enterprise workflow orchestration capabilities, driving the evolution of our business procedures and workflows. The tribe is composed of 100 employees working in 9 Squads across 4 locations (Denmark, Lithuania, Finland, and India).
In this role you will collaborate closely with the Business Management Centre of Excellence colleagues: A great opportunity to work in a team of like-minded towards common goals, which all circulate around creating a smooth operation for the tribes in Danske Bank.
We expect you to have a positive practical approach to your daily work. It is a prerequisite that you demonstrate a high level of integrity and accountability towards your tasks, but also in your interaction with colleagues and other stakeholders as our focus is to work together on common criterias for success. Furthermore, your stakeholders would describe you as a structured and responsible professional who is able to be both flexible and structured when situations require it of you.
As our new Business Manager you will become part of the tribe leadership team, where you’ll drive and support problem solving and act as an equal sparring partner to Tribe Lead, IT Lead, Tribe Coach and Tribe Architect.
Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (our team is currently using a hybrid working model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office.).
This role does not include a relocation allowance.
Depending on your experience we can offer you different seniority for the role.

This position can be located both in Denmark and Lithuania. If you are hired in Lithuania, the applicable salary range will be from 2680 to 4020 EUR monthly (based on your competencies relevant for the job).

You will:
- Support on strategic leadership meeting materials, reporting, and presentations
- Drive quarterly and yearly reviews of financial and development backlogs
- Track and report on a development pipeline (we use Jira)
- Support the drafting and measuring of tribe Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
- Plan strategic workforce, capacity pipeline and forecast, and other HR administrative tasks
- Build and follow up on Rolling Forecast and Budgets
- On an ongoing basis perform cost analysis for management, benefit realization and budget allocation
- 3-5 years of working experience in the financial sector within project management, finance, office management or similar roles
- Higher education in Investment/Finance/Economics/Strategic Management or other relevant fields
- Good skills within MS Office package, especially Excel, PowerPoint
- You take a consistent, systematic, and results-oriented approach to your work, maintaining a vigilant eye for details and quality
- You can easily take responsibility in a time-sensitive situation and stick to the deadlines
- Advanced English skills
