Responsibilities:
- Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements for BI solutions;
- Develop and maintain robust BI dashboards and reports in PowerBI, ensuring they meet business needs for decision-making and performance monitoring;
- Oversee the data modeling and ETL processes, ensuring data accuracy and availability in our Snowflake database;
- Lead agile BI projects, from planning and development to implementation and continuous improvement;
- Ensure BI solutions adhere to data governance and security policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Proven experience ( 5 years) as a BI Product Owner, Analyst, or a similar role, preferably in a large, complex organization;
- Strong technical skills, including SQL and experience with Snowflake and PowerBI;
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills;
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities;
- Fluent in English.
