Senior Unity Developer

Join Dim Sum Games, a fast-paced startup founded by ex-Riot Games veterans, and be a key player in launching a visually stunning and deeply tactical mobile strategy game this year! We’re seeking an experienced Senior Unity Developer who is passionate about crafting high-quality mobile experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and optimize core Unity gameplay systems for mobile.
• Collaborate on intuitive, polished UI/UX features.
• Master Unity’s rendering, animation, and asset management for optimal performance.
• Resolve technical challenges in mobile optimization, UI, and memory.
• Design and integrate game data, player progression, and customization.
• Champion Unity's best practices and contribute innovative solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of Unity mobile game development experience.
• Strong C# expertise and deep understanding of Unity’s systems.
• Advanced mobile game optimization skills (rendering, memory, asset handling).
• Extensive experience with addressable assets.
• Ability to debug and optimize complex game systems.
• Self-driven, proactive, and thrives in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
• Passion for strategy and mobile gaming.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with auto chess, strategy, or CCGs.
• Proficiency in Unity UI Toolkit, UGUI, and UI animations.
• Knowledge of Shader Graph, Unity VFX, and custom shaders.
• Background in live service or F2P games.
• Experience with backend integration.
