Requirements
What You'll Do:
- Design static ad creatives optimized for Meta, TikTok, and Amazon
- Create compelling visuals for paid media that drive engagement and conversions
- Repurpose and optimize existing assets for different ad formats and placements
- Understand and apply performance marketing principles (CTR, ROAS, conversion-focused design)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align designs with brand and campaign objectives
- Stay up to date with ad trends to continuously improve creative effectiveness
- Proven experience in direct-response ad design for e-commerce brands
- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
- A keen eye for layout, typography, and color theory in ad creatives
- Understanding of what makes an ad convert (visual hierarchy, attention-grabbing elements, and clear CTAs)
- Experience creating DTC and Amazon ad assets
- Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly iterate on designs
- Have experience working with fitness, nutrition, or supplement brands
- Understand performance marketing metrics and how creative impacts ad performance
- Have experience designing Amazon listing images and infographics
- Have worked with UGC-based ad creatives and know how to blend lifestyle with performance-driven design
