Is a US based company, is a leading designer and manufacturer of products for audio recording in the music, film, digital streaming, and voice-over industries. Based in Santa Monica, CA, and was founded in 1985.


About the role

As a Tech Support Manager you will provide customer support through innovative technologies, including AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be part of the tech support team, ensuring exceptional service across diverse customer segments.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, integrating with AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT Professional).
  • Optimize support workflows and response times using advanced tools.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to address customer needs.
  • Analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Skills

  • Proven tech support management experience, ideally in the audio industry.
  • Strong understanding of professional and consumer audio equipment and workflows.
  • Familiarity with AI support tools (chatbots, knowledge management).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Working Hours

  • From Monday to Friday, 9AM - 6PM CST.
