About the role
As a Tech Support Manager you will provide customer support through innovative technologies, including AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Be part of the tech support team, ensuring exceptional service across diverse customer segments.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, integrating with AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT Professional).
- Optimize support workflows and response times using advanced tools.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to address customer needs.
- Analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Skills
- Proven tech support management experience, ideally in the audio industry.
- Strong understanding of professional and consumer audio equipment and workflows.
- Familiarity with AI support tools (chatbots, knowledge management).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Working Hours
- From Monday to Friday, 9AM - 6PM CST.
