Sales Support Coordinator Role:
This role focuses on supporting sales efforts through research, lead management, and client engagement. While it does not include commissions, it offers growth opportunities and performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research & Opportunity Tracking: Monitor tendering platforms and identify business collaborations.
- Sales Support & Lead Management: Qualify leads, update sales progress, and assist with client profiles.
- Proposal & Presentation Support: Draft proposals, prepare pitch decks, and maintain a proposal database.
- Client Engagement: Assist in maintaining relationships and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Sales Performance Tracking: Track pipeline progress, analyze tender success rates, and suggest process improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years in sales support, business development, or market research.
- Research & Organization: Skilled in tracking tenders, researching opportunities, and managing sales data.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Communication: Capable of assisting with client follow-ups and sales proposals.
- Proactive & Detail-Oriented: Comfortable handling admin tasks, research, and light client
